Als PCBA Process Engineer (m/w/d) entwickelst und optimierst du unsere PCBA-Fertigungsprozesse und sorgst dafür, dass höchste Qualitätsstandards, Kundenan-forderungen und Produktionsziele erreicht werden. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Kunden, Produktion, Qualität, Engineering und internationalen Teams zusammen und trägst maßgeblich zur Effizienz, Qualität und einem effizienten und nachhaltigen Fertigungsbetrieb bei.
Das erwartet dich in deiner neuen Funktion:
Entwicklung, Einführung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von PCBA-Fertigungsprozessen (SMT, Assemblierung, X-Ray, Fräsen)
Technische Ausbildung (LAP, FS, HTL, FH, Universität) im Bereich Elektronik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
