Hapimag Resort St. Michael is located in the Salzburger Lungau region, nestled between crystal-clear mountain lakes and idyllic hiking trails. With 110 apartments, the resort features an indoor pool, sauna and wellness area, children’s and youth playrooms, a mini-shop, and the “Herzstuben” restaurant with 80 seats and a terrace.
Our resort is currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to strengthen our kitchen team
What you can expect
Responsible for the hygiene on your ward and compliance with the HACCP concept.
Discuss and execute daily tasks with the Head Chef.
Prepare “mise en place” for the following days.
Prepare your own station for service.
Restock and clean your station after service.
Take over other stations during afternoon shifts or holiday cover.
What you bring along
Completed culinary training and professional experience as a Chef de Partie.
Clean work ethic and ability to work in a team.
Passion for sustainable dishes made from fresh, local products.
Good German language skills; other foreign languages are a plus.
