Create the reality of tomorrow: as a simulator technician, you will bring state-of-the-art flight simulation to life - precise, highly complex and crucial for safety in the air.

Tasks

For our group company Lufthansa Aviation Training Austria GmbH we are looking for you as an employee in the area of simulator maintenance.

This position offers a minimum annual gross salary of EUR 42,000 plus shift allowances and a variable performance-related component of 12% if the company achieves 100% of its targets.

Duties of the position:

Checking the training equipment for readiness
Maintaining the training equipment
Partially supporting the building infrastructure
Preventive maintenance
Hardware and software changes
Documentation of the changes

Requirements

Qualifications for this position:

Completed technical vocational training (HTL or technical school), preferably specializing in electronics/electrical engineering/mechatronics or aeronautical engineering
Knowledge of computer networks and basic knowledge of the programming languages Fortan and C are an advantage
Civil or military service completed
Good knowledge of English
Analytical thinking skills
Ability to work shifts
Careful and systematic way of working
High level of initiative, resilience, flexibility and commitment
High social skills, ability to work in a team and customer orientation
Willingness to travel
