Logistics Services Manager (m/f/d)
Diesen Bereich gestaltest du mit:
- Steuerung und Optimierung der Intralogistik von Material Incoming, Materialzuteilung bis hin zum Versand (Expedit).
- Führungsverantwortung für den Bereich Logistics Services.
- Personal- und Kapazitätsplanung (Weiterbildung und Weiterentwicklung).
- Supply Chain Security.
- Automatisierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Intralogistik.
- Erfassung von Ergebnissen und deren Berichterstattung.
- Steuerung von Inventur und Cycle-Counting.
Diese Fähigkeiten wären großartig:
- Technische und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (HTL, HAK, FH/Uni).
- Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Warehousing etc.
- Persönliche und fachliche Kompetenz als Führungskraft.
- Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbereitschaft.
- Zielorientiertes, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln.
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Gutes Kommunikationsverhalten (intern und extern).
- MS Office Kenntnisse.
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Flexibilität in der Arbeitszeit.
