- Support, Further Development, and Continuous Improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Analysis, Evaluation, and Optimization of Existing Business Processes
- Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and management standards, as well as relevant legal requirements
- Planning, preparation, implementation, and follow-up of corrective and improvement actions
- Preparation for and participation in external certification audits, as well as follow-up activities
- Planning, conducting, and documenting internal system, process, and product audits
- Conducting employee training to raise quality awareness and ensure compliance with management system requirements
- Guidance and support in analyzing complaints, errors, and root causes
- Preparation of reports, key performance indicators, and management reviews
- Completed technical or business training (higher technical school, university of applied sciences, university, or comparable qualification)
- A thorough understanding of the relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is required
- Knowledge of VDA 6.4 standards is a plus
- Experience in conducting internal and external audits
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- Resilience, Accuracy, Assertiveness
- Excellent German and good English skills
According to the collective bargaining agreement, the gross annual salary starts at € 47,546.94. Your actual salary will depend on your professional experience and qualifications and will be determined during a joint discussion.
