Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für ein achtköpfiges Team im Telefonverkauf und begleiten Ihre Mitarbeiter: innen im Arbeitsalltag.
Sie motivieren und unterstützen Ihr Team bei der Erreichung der Verkaufsziele und setzen dafür passende Maßnahmen um.
Als wichtige Ansprechperson für unsere Kund: innen bauen Sie vertrauensvolle und langfristige Beziehungen auf.
