All But Sugar is building the first modular platform and process technology for sugar alternatives that replace sucrose 1:1 , no sugar, no synthetic sweeteners, high in fiber, reduced calories, and EFSA-compliant. Our goal: first European, then global market leader in full replacement sweetening systems.

Why this isn't a typical assistant job
You won't get a job description with a fixed task list, you'll get a company still being built. You're not assisting. You're executing, with ownership from day one. One day it's an investor update, the next a pricing conversation with a co-manufacturer, the day after a job interview you run yourself. Your motto: 'there's always a way. When something doesn't work, you try a different angle instead of giving up.
You're the founder's right hand, without routine, but insights into every part of the company. You work on daily to dos and own entire projects end-to-end. And because building the company also means selling it, a large part of the role is hands-on strategy and process implementation to make us more efficient and effective.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities from distributors to brands
- Pricing & calculations: contribute to margins, cost models, and business cases
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Contract management (NDAs, supplier and customer agreements) in coordination with lawyers, tax advisors, and mentors
- Logistics, orders, deliveries & sample handling
- Bookkeeping, cash flow calculation, and budgeting
- Investor updates, fundraising support
- Build and update Marketing material
- Plan and submit grant applications
- Prepare onboarding material, run first-round interviews
Your profile
- 2–4+ years of experience in business development, sales, consulting, operations, or finance, B2B, food, or health background as a plus
- Just as comfortable building a financial plan as negotiating with a decision-maker and updating a website
- Structured, analytical way of working with a strong results orientation
- High degree of initiative, ownership, and customer orientation
- Willing to teach yourself new technology fast, genuine interest in the product
- Comfortable with Google Drive, ClickUp, Pipedrive, Canva, Claude
- Fluent English and German
- Willingness to travel
