Role Summary
We are looking for an intern to support our teams across Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain with an important data and content clean-up project within SharePoint.
Working closely with stakeholders across MSSC, you will help improve the organisation, consistency and usability of our shared content and folder structures. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience working across different business functions while contributing to a project that will help make our digital workplace cleaner, more reliable and easier to navigate.
Your Mission
- Coordinate with stakeholders across MSSC, including Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain.
- Support teams in reviewing and cleaning their SharePoint folders and files.
- Help identify and remove outdated, duplicate or inconsistent content.
- Support teams in aligning with agreed folder structures and naming conventions.
- Track progress and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Identify broken links and inconsistencies and support their resolution.
- Help standardise folder structures and naming conventions across teams.
- Contribute to simple governance guidelines to help keep SharePoint clean and reliable over time.
Your Profile
- You are organised, structured and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to your work.
- You enjoy working with information, documents and digital tools.
- You are comfortable communicating and collaborating with different stakeholders.
- You are able to work independently while also knowing when to ask questions or seek support.
- You have a practical mindset and enjoy bringing structure and consistency to processes.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools; familiarity with SharePoint is an advantage.

- Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week
- We offer a compensation of minimum €2,000 gross/month on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), depending on your experience, skills and qualifications.
