Full-Stack Developer & Process Expert (m/f/d), 32 - 38.5 hours/week
To expand our team, we are looking to fill the position of a Full-Stack Developer & Process Expert as soon as possible. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system:
- Improve and maintain our Excel-based CRM system and implement new features, configuration and customization options, and support its integration with internal and external systems
- Automate and optimize CRM-related manual processes through the development of tools to improve data quality and reduce error potential
- Analyze internal sales processes to identify opportunities for software and/or workflow improvements and gather feedback from team members for quality and usability
Software development:
- Support the development of DatLab, our instrument control and data analysis software that forms an integral part of the Oroboros system, by implementing new features and resolving issues, while acting as an interface between our laboratory scientists, the in-house software development team and external partners
- Implement internal quality control procedures to manage workflows, releases and code review
- Improve the DatLab data analysis pipeline and develop innovative solutions
Your profile:
- University degree or comparable experience in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field
- Proficiency and extensive experience with Microsoft Excel is required
- Experience with Python and modern frameworks (React, Angular or Vue) is required
- Experience working with CRM platforms and a passion for business process automation is of advantage
- Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: C#, C++, Java, Qt (QML), R, Node.js, PHP, Go, .NET, as well as front-end technologies HTML, CSS or JavaScript
- Interest in data analysis and experience with data management
- Willingness to work in an interdisciplinary team with sales experts, mitochondrial physiologists, and other software developers
- Proactive working style, flexibility, the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills are expected
- Full working proficiency in English is required, German is a plus
