IT Security & Identity Engineer (m/w/d)
As an IT Security & Identity Engineer, you will play a key role in protecting Vusion's global digital environment by securing identities, applications, cloud services and privileged access.
You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Digital Workplace, HR and Application teams to ensure secure access to business resources while supporting the company's Zero Trust strategy.
Responsibilities

Design, implement and continuously improve Identity & Access Management services across hybrid and cloud environments.

Manage the complete identity lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) to ensure timely provisioning, modification and revocation of user access.

Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, including authentication methods, administrative roles, groups and identity governance capabilities.

Deploy and optimize Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access and passwordless authentication to improve both security and user experience.

Support Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives to secure administrative accounts.

Perform access reviews and entitlement recertification while supporting compliance and audit activities.

Partner with application owners to integrate enterprise and SaaS applications using SAML, OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.

Participate in cloud security projects involving Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Zero Trust architecture.

Investigate identity-related incidents, analyze Microsoft Defender and SIEM alerts and continuously improve detection capabilities.

Conduct vulnerability assessments, analyze attack paths, coordinate remediation with IT teams and validate corrective actions.

Automate operational activities through PowerShell, Microsoft Graph and Python.

Contribute to security architecture reviews, technical documentation, standards and cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
