This role owns key reports, coordinates monthly reporting activities for the INNIO Group, gathers and validates key metrics, prepares management reporting pages, tracks forecasts, and drives automation of reporting-related processes. Your Key Responsibilities:

Own and maintain key recurring reports with a focus on accuracy and consistency (e.g., Trial Balance, P&L Statement)

Maintain integrity of data being reported and run data quality checks (e.g., master data, KPI automation)

Coordinate the monthly reporting cycle across relevant stakeholders and collaborate with different functions to improve reporting quality and usability

Collect, consolidate, and validate data for key metrics and management reviews; prepare reporting pages, dashboards, and presentation materials

Track forecasts, coordinate pacing, and support stakeholders with follow-up analysis

Identify reporting gaps, process inefficiencies, opportunities for standardization and optimize aspects of report creation

Drive automation of reporting, data collection, and pacing processes

Provide insights and support ad-hoc requests from Head of Group FP&A and VP Group Controlling
Your Profile:

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance/Business Administration or Business IT
-
Proficient use of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint), experience with financial systems / applications (e.g. SAP, Oracle)

Experience with BI technologies (e.g. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Python)

Solid Professional experience in Accounting or Controlling

Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
