We are looking for a Breakfast Chef (m/f/d) to join our Kitchen Brigade at our Miiro Vienna hotels.

Miiro Hotels in Vienna are seeking a talented and motivated Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team, supporting our second hotel in the 7th district. We pride ourselves on creating thoughtful, quality-driven guest experiences—from breakfast to evening plates—with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients, sustainability, and creativity.
Organize and supervise breakfast service, working in the kitchen and alongside our front-of-house teams.
- Train and guide the breakfast team to take over responsibilities.
Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in full compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP).
Monitoring stock levels and ingredients, with a focus on quality control and waste reduction.
Take over ordering when necessary, to ensure full availability for our guests at all time.
Contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
Preparation of the pastry line for the evening service (no dinner shift required).
Working Hours:
Day shifts only – involved in morning preparation and setting up the evening dessert line (no evening service required)

The minimum starting salary for this position is starting ar €2,500 gross per month. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we are committed to offering a higher, market-aligned salary.
