Über die Rolle
Als Teamleiter Supply Chain Execution übernimmst Du die Gesamtverantwortung für die operative Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Supply Chain. Du stellst eine optimale Kundenversorgung sicher und führst ein engagiertes Team im Bereich Planung, Disposition und Logistik.
Folgende Tätigkeiten gehören zu deinem Aufgabengebiet:
Gesamtverantwortung für die Supply Chain Execution vom Kundenabruf bis zum Versand
Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des SCE-Teams
Sicherstellung der Erreichung definierter KPI-Ziele sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Leistungskennzahlen
Planung und Steuerung der Kundenversorgung unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Beständen und Lieferterminen
Verantwortung für die Montage- und Fertigungsprogrammplanung zur optimalen Versorgung der Produktion
Materialdisposition und Bestellung von Zukaufteilen zur Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit
Überwachung und Optimierung von Lagerbeständen sowie der taktischen und strategischen Bedarfsplanung
Steuerung der Inbound- und Outbound-Transportplanung
Aktive Kundenkommunikation hinsichtlich Lieferstatus, Lieferperformance und Eskalationen
Verantwortung für das Logistik-Reklamationsmanagement inklusive Ursachenanalyse und nachhaltiger Maßnahmenverfolgung
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf, Logistik, Vertrieb und weiteren internen Schnittstellen
Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen entlang der gesamten Supply Chain
Wonach wir suchen
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen
Führungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Sehr gutes Verständnis von Produktionsplanung, Materialdisposition und Logistikprozessen
Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Planungswerkzeugen
Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
Hohe Kundenorientierung, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Das bieten wir
Es uns wichtig, ein faires und attraktives Vergütungspaket anzubieten. Das Bruttogehalt (für 38,5 Stunden) nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 4.354.45. Eine Überzahlung ist aufgrund von entsprechenden Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen gelebte Praxis.
