In order to strengthen our Divisional Finance Team, we are looking for a
Divsion Finance Expert (m/f/d)
YOU WILL.
Main tasks
Preparation, validation, and analysis of financial and non-financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting cycles
Support of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in alignment with business objectives
Cost center controlling for Division Management, including planning, monitoring, and performance analysis
Monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and ensuring accurate cost allocations across the organization
Collaboration with business stakeholders to align financial plans, provide insights, and support decision-making
Ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial regulations
Identification and implementation of process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and automation opportunities within finance operations
Support for the implementation and continuous enhancement of digital finance tools and reporting solutions for improved financial transparency and performance management
Contribute to our continuous improvement culture striving for excellence in each area
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Previous experience in a Controlling (CO) function
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with automation tools (Power BI) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Communication skills: English (obligatory), German (highly beneficial) written and spoken
