As a Student Support in Group Risk Data Integration, you will contribute to management reporting, ESG data initiatives and data management activities while gaining valuable practical experience in an international banking environment. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will gain insights into regulatory requirements, data quality management and departmental steering processes.

- Working hours: 20-25 h/week
- Location: 1030 Vienna
- Help turn complex information, figures and regulatory topics into clear input for decisions
- Support the preparation of management presentations, reports and analyses
- Assist in consolidating figures, status updates and information from different stakeholders
- Support the maintenance of dashboards, trackers and management overviews
- Assist with cost controlling activities and reporting
- Support ESG data collection and sustainability-related analyses
- Help organize validation questionnaires, evidence catalogues, findings lists and remediation trackers
- Support data quality checks and document reviews
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team as required
Your primary role is to support departmental steering and management activities while working closely with the Head of Department. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in:
- ESG concepts and data topics
- BCBS 239, data quality and independent validation
- Cost and resource controlling
- Management reporting
- AI-supported processes
- Active studies in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Sustainability/ESG, Business Informatics or a related field
- You enjoy working with data, figures and management-relevant information
- Excellent English skills; German is an advantage
- You can explain complex topics in a concise and understandable way
- Interest in data, reporting and regulatory topics
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- You enjoy working with different stakeholders and are comfortable communicating in an international environment
