- Robot simulation for common industrial robots (KUKA, FANUC, ABB, etc.)
- Selection of suitable joining equipment for each process robot
- Distribution of joining elements in the automated production system (spot / stud welding / clinching / ...)
- Definition of peripheral components in the system (cable routes, fences, extraction systems, etc.) in coordination with planning engineers, electrical and pneumatics department
- Definition of safe robots within the digital twin
- Regular coordination with project management, the engineering team, and the construction site team, including business trips to the automotive factory (as needed)
- Completed HTL or technical school with a focus on mechanical engineering / automation technology / mechatronics or completed apprenticeship with relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Process Simulate and DELMIA as an advantage
- Good German and English skills
- Independent, structured, and team-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to travel (appr. 10%)
For graduates of higher technical school, the gross annual salary according to the collective agreement is from € 47,544. The actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications and will be determined in a joint interview.
