The Project Delivery & Fulfillment Manager (m/f/d) plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of materials and spare parts to support project execution and installation activities. This position focuses on logistics and inventory management, working closely with internal and external teams to maintain material readiness and quality standards. The role requires strong understanding of supply chain processes, ERP systems, and back-office coordination to connect all elements of material planning and fulfillment.

Your Responsibilities:

Oversee material planning and fulfillment to ensure spare parts and components are available on time for project installation and execution

Manage inventory control, receiving, storage, and material readiness at packager locations and final installation sites

Coordinate supply chain activities cross-functionally with Project Management, Requisition Engineering, Global Supply Chain, external packagers, logistics providers and customers to maintain smooth material flow

Monitor and maintain ERP system data to support accurate material tracking, planning, and reporting

Track, analyze, and report KPIs related to material readiness, fulfillment accuracy, delivery performance, and cost efficiency

Develop and implement fulfillment and logistics strategies to improve efficiency and support project timelines

Support quality control processes related to packaging, storage, and material handling
-
Resolve issues related to material shortages, order discrepancies, transportation delays, inventory deviations, and delivery performance

Ensure compliance with company standards regarding safety, quality, environmental, and documentation requirements

Support of further operational tasks to ensure successful project execution
Your Profile:

Completed technical or commercial education (e.g., HTL in mechanical or electrical engineering) or a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

Several years of relevant professional experience in material planning, fulfillment, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain management, ideally in an industrial or project-driven environment

Sound understanding of rotating equipment fundamentals, including components, spare parts, packaging, and material requirements

Good knowledge of inventory control, material planning, fulfillment, and the interaction of supply chain processes with project execution

Ability to interpret technical documentation such as assembly drawings, parts lists, quality check sheets, and installation requirements
-
Proficiency in MS-Office tools and experience with ERP systems and warehouse management tools; Oracle knowledge is an advantage
-
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment

Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style with a high level of personal responsibility

Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with customers, suppliers, and external partners

Willingness to work primarily at packager and project sites and to travel regularly as required by the role; ability to operate effectively in office, warehouse, and site environments
