Millions of people interact with fiskaly every day, even if they don't realize it. As a B2B company, we power the retail technology behind digital receipts and secure, legally compliant transactions.
By making receipts tamper-proof through digital signatures, we help fight tax fraud. And with our paperless receipt solution, we offer consumers a modern alternative while helping merchants streamline their operations.
Our products are APIs. Our customers are developers — POS providers, SaaS platforms, and retailers who integrate fiscalization into their systems. Sure, our solutions sound complex, but our mission is simple: make receipts easy for everyone.
As a Senior Technical Product Manager at fiskaly, you'll own key areas of a deeply technical product: a unified fiscalization platform and API serving multiple regulated markets. You'll drive strategy and execution across interrelated features — and you'll do it in the language of the people building and integrating the product.
This is not a role where engineering "handles the technical part." You'll shape API design decisions, weigh architecture trade-offs with engineers as a peer, and own the developer experience of a product whose users write code. At the same time, you'll ensure your product areas meet regulatory and market needs while delivering measurable business impact, working closely with sales, compliance, and marketing.
You're expected to actively leverage AI — not as an optional extra, but as a core product and decision-making enabler across the lifecycle.
Strategy & Planning
- Own the vision and roadmap for a complex, API-first product line
- Evaluate opportunities and risks with a data-driven mindset
- Define product success metrics — including technical ones like integration time, API error rates, and transmission reliability — and make strategic prioritization decisions
- Shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Align roadmap and business case development with overarching company goals
- Integrate AI insights and tools into strategic planning, roadmapping, and opportunity evaluation
Technical Product Ownership
- Translate fiscal and regulatory requirements into technically sound product specs and API designs
- Own the developer experience: documentation, SDKs, error handling, versioning, and integration flows
- Ensure country-specific fiscal logic is cleanly abstracted so the platform scales to new markets without shortcuts
- Partner with engineering on architecture decisions, understanding the trade-offs between speed, compliance, and long-term maintainability
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and certification standards
Execution & Delivery
- Manage and refine the backlog with a clear grasp of technical dependencies
- Coordinate and track product launches across teams, including certification milestones
- Report development progress and outcomes to leadership
- Use AI-based tools (e.g., for market research, backlog grooming, or user behavior analysis) to speed up decision cycles and drive precision
Collaboration & Influence
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, sales, compliance, and more
- Facilitate transparent communication across departments and stakeholder groups
- Build strong relationships with market-facing partners (e.g., customers, integration partners, regulatory bodies)
- Mentor junior Product Managers and contribute to internal best practices
- Champion the use of AI and automation across the product org, encouraging adoption and experimentation where it makes us faster or better
- You bring 5–8 years of product management experience with full responsibility and accountability, ideally on API-first, developer-facing, or infrastructure products
- You have a technical background: a degree in computer science or engineering, hands-on development experience, or years of working so closely with engineering teams that you can challenge and be challenged on technical decisions
- You're comfortable reading API documentation, discussing data models, and understanding system architecture, you don't need to write production code, but you need to follow the conversation and shape it
- You've worked with AI tools in product research, customer insights, backlog triage, or strategy, and actively integrate them into your PM toolkit
- You have strong business acumen and are confident navigating metrics like LTV, CAC, and churn
- You enjoy working autonomously, setting priorities, and making impactful decisions
- You're a proactive communicator who aligns cross-department stakeholders
- You're fluent in English (Spanish or German is a plus) and comfortable operating in regulated environments
- You have experience in fintech, regtech, or compliance-heavy SaaS sectors
- Bonus: you've worked with certification bodies or local financial authorities
- Bonus: you've contributed to product lifecycle strategy, pricing models, or international rollouts
We're building products that matter, and we know that takes focus, trust, and the right environment. Here's what you can expect:
- A team that gives you space to grow, take ownership, and learn from trying
- 25 vacation days per year
- Flexible working hours and a hybrid work setup
- Budget for personal and professional development
- Hardware of your choice (Windows, Linux, or Mac)
- A company culture that values clarity, well-being, and good work over noise
We work on real problems that have impact, not vanity projects. Our team is pragmatic, direct, and focused on building solid tech for an industry that needs it. We care about how things work, not how they look on paper.
If that resonates, you'll probably enjoy working here.
