YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical Ownership:
- Act as SPOC for all technical aspects of DTE platform deployment and maintenance.
- Oversee back-end architecture, integrations, and system performance.
B2B2C System Enablement:
- Support regional execution by aligning technical solutions with market objectives.
- Provide technical guidance for localization and compliance in local market.
Platform Management:
- Manage CMS and Salesforce Community Cloud configurations.
- Monitor and analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce reporting; translate insights into data-driven recommendations and continuous improvements.
Quality & Security:
- Implement best practices for data security, privacy, and system resilience.
- Conduct regular audits and performance optimization.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with B2B Digital Teams, Deployment Experts, and IT teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Provide training and documentation for technical processes.

YOUR PROFILE:

You have completed studies in Business Informatics, IT, or a related field.
You bring 2–3 years of experience in website management, systems maintenance, or digital solutions.
You have hands-on experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or Confluence. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
You are known for your agility, open communication style, and strong analytical thinking.
You are proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems and website back-end management is an advantage.
You have proficient German language skills (B2–C1 level), with the ability to communicate effectively both spoken and written. Fluency in English is also required.
