Our requirements engineering department is looking for a motivated student, studying in the greater area of Graz, to support its team part-time, in parallel to their studies. Requirements engineering consists of requirements development and requirements management. The purpose is to develop product requirements in a controlled manner and manage them throughout their lifetime.
Your Responsibilities:
Collaboration with engineers and support of the Requirements Engineering Process within the research & development team
Requirements database maintenance and reporting
Preparation and maintenance of Dita files
Synchronization of Dita files with ELM7 (Requirements Database)
Sanity check between ELM7 and Dita files (attributes, links, content)
Maintenance and addition of new features to Python & Batch scripts
Note: Prior experience with this database is not required, as training will be provided as part of your onboarding.
Your Profile:
Ongoing studies in non-technical or technical fields (e.g. Business Studies, Computer Science, Information and Computer Engineering, Telematics, Software Engineering and Management, Biomedical Engineering, Physics or similar)
Knowledge of Python is prerequisite
Knowledge and Dita, Oxygen is a benefit
Well-structured way of working
Willingness to learn, proactive attitude
Good communication skills in English
Valid work authorization is required
Availability: approximately 18 hours/week
Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks. The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.
The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.800,- gross/month for full-time equivalent at NXP Austria. Availability over 6 months.
