Your new responsibilities

Material disposition on the line (handling/assessment of deviations, execution of special measurements, processing of pilot material)

Evaluation of holds in accordance with OCAP (Out of Control Action Plan) rules

Release and locking of equipment in accordance with work instructions, e.g., after maintenance interventions

Close collaboration with process, maintenance, and production control engineers

Thorough documentation of activities in the corresponding software systems (Promis/Xsite/SPC)

Assessment and execution of measurements and surface inspections (layer thickness, MIC, AVI)
Who we are looking for
-
Several years of relevant experience in the semiconductor sector, e.g., as an operator or technician,
or completed technical apprenticeship or technical college (HTL) with experience in a production environment
- Proficiency in operating software interfaces and manufacturing execution systems (MES)
- Neat and conscientious working style with a high level of independence and a willingness to make decisions
- Good German skills (B2), English skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work in a fully continuous shift system – including rotating shifts – across all shifts (early, late, and night shift)
- Compliance with safety, cleanroom, and 5S regulations
- Willingness to learn and strong problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Team player with proactive communication across departmental boundaries
WHAT WE OFFER:
- 35 hours per week
- Working schedule: fully continuous shift operation with 6 working days and 3 days off
- Competitive wage and benefits based on your performance
- Employment is in accordance with the collective agreement for employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group D, monthly gross wage including allowances approx. EUR 3.300,-
