Then you're exactly the Commis de Rang (m/f/d), who will strengthen our team with dedication and motivation!

Your profile

Vocational training: Completed training in the service area or initial experience as a Commis de Rang – ideally in upscale gastronomy.
Service orientation: A keen sense for the wishes of our guests and a high level of service orientation.
Communication skills: Excellent communication skills in German and/or English, along with the ability to keep a cool head even in demanding situations.
Teamwork: The ability to work effectively in a team and integrate quickly into an existing team.
Appearance: A well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma.
Organizational talent: Good organizational skills and an eye for detail.
Commute: For winter sports fans, the commute can be done by ski or snowboard – including first and last line on the empty slopes.

Your responsibilities

Guest care: Supporting the service staff in looking after and serving guests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Mise en place: Preparing the service area, including organizing and maintaining the tables and providing tableware and cutlery.
Service: Assisting with the serving of food and beverages according to the standards of the establishment.
Communication: Close collaboration with the Demi Chefs de Rang and the Chef de Rang to ensure smooth service operations.
Quality assurance: Ensuring compliance with service standards and supporting the implementation of quality guidelines.
Hygiene & order: Maintaining and cleaning the work area and adhering to hygiene regulations.

We offer full-time employment with 6-day week (48 hrs.) with 1 – 2 evening shifts per week incl. attractive Gross wage from € 2,900.– (pay above the Hotel & Gastronomy collective agreement, with the option of additional adjustment depending on qualifications). On top of that, you also get a share of the tips, holiday and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging, and other goodies!
