Then, as a Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) the perfect addition to our kitchen team!

Your profile

Vocational training: Completed chef's training.
Experience: Initial experience in the upscale hotel industry.
Quality standards: A passion for high-quality cuisine, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work in a team: The ability to work effectively in a team and implement instructions from senior kitchen staff.
Appearance: A well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma.
Organizational talent: Good organizational skills and reliability.
Commute: For winter sports fans, the commute can be done by ski or snowboard – including first and last line on the empty slopes.

Your responsibilities

Support for the Demi Chefs de Partie and Chef de Parties: Support in the preparation and plating of dishes in accordance with the specified recipes and quality standards.
Mise en place: Preparation and organisation of the work stations to ensure smooth running of service.
Kitchen organization: Assisting with the management of food inventories.
Quality assurance: Ensuring the consistently high quality and presentation of the dishes.
Teamwork: Close cooperation with the entire kitchen team to ensure high standards and a positive working atmosphere.
Food hygiene & occupational safety: Compliance with hygiene regulations and safety standards in the kitchen.
Environmentally conscious work: Implementation of sustainable and environmentally friendly practices in the kitchen.

For full-time employment, a 6-day week (48 hrs.) with 1 – 2 evening shifts per week incl. attractive Gross wage from € 2,600.– planned (pay above the collective agreement for Hospitality & Gastronomy, with the possibility of additional adjustment depending on qualifications). In addition, there is a share of the tips, holiday and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging, and further goodies on top!
