In Ihrer Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für die Teamleitung im Bereich Lagerlogistik. Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinare Führung des Teams und sorgen durch Sicherstellung der Arbeitsprozesse bzw. -abläufe für eine termingerechte Auslieferung unserer hochwertigen Kunststoffteile an namhafte Hersteller der Automobilindustrie.
SIE BEGEISTERN SICH FÜR...
Arbeitseinteilung und Koordination der Abläufe im Logistikbereich (Wareneingang, Lager, Warenausgang)
Sicherstellung der Warenverfügbarkeit
Personaleinsatzplanung
Erstellung und Auswertung abteilungsbezogener KPIs
Überwachung Wareneingangs- und Warenausgangskontrollen
Kontrolle von Verpackungsmaterialbeständen sowie Organisation der Bedarfsmeldungen
Anmeldungen und Organisation von Warensendungen, Kommunikation mit Speditionen und Kunden
Organisation der Durchführung zur Inventur, Klärung von Bestandsdifferenzen sowie Kontrolle, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Warenbestandsdaten in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem
Umsetzung, Einhaltung und kontinuierliche Optimierung aller Prozesse der Lagerhaltung (Warenwirtschaft, Arbeitssicherheit, Reklamationswesen, Entsorgung)
Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Motivation eines Teams (rund 25 Personen)

Abgeschlossene einschlägige bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich LAGER/LOGISTIK
Arbeitserfahrung im Bereich Lager/Logistik und Führungserfahrung
Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und selbständige Arbeitsweise
Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
SAP-Kenntnisse, Kenntnisse Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel etc.)
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
