Du installierst Hard- und Softwarekomponenten und lieferst diese an unsere Kund: innen aus.
Du unterstützt bei der zentralen Verwaltung unserer Clientlandschaft (PCs, Notebooks, Drucker, Mobilgeräte).
Du dokumentierst eingehende Supportanfragen und stellst sicher, dass alle Anfragen zeitgerecht bearbeitet werden.
Du erfasst Know-How Artikel in unserer Wissensdatenbank und für unsere Kund: innen im Self Service Portal.
Du hast die Möglichkeit dich in Themen zu vertiefen und an Projekten mitzuarbeiten.
WAS DICH AUSMACHT
Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, Fachschule, Lehre) oder befindest dich in einem laufendem IT-nahen Studium.
Erste praktische Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
Du hattest idealerweise bereits Berührung mit den Themen wie Active Directory, Microsoft 365 oder IT-Support.
Du arbeitest gerne eigenständig, bist zuverlässig und serviceorientiert.
Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und erklärst technische Zusammenhänge verständlich.
