You will join the Controlling team of SWARCO ITS and support the financial management of an international project business. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will contribute to the further development of reporting, planning, and controlling processes while collaborating closely with international business functions and finance teams.

Job Description

Independently prepare, analyze, and further develop standard, monthly, and ad hoc reports

Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes, including variance analyses and business performance reviews

Conduct financial and business analyses and prepare decision-making materials for management and business departments
-
Support the identification, documentation, and monitoring of risks and opportunities within project and business environments

Contribute to international finance, SAP, and transformation projects

Further develop and standardize controlling processes, reporting structures, and tools

Support SAP FI/CO-related topics and help ensure high data and process quality within Controlling

Collaborate closely with international finance teams and stakeholders across the global finance community
Qualifications
-
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a comparable qualification
-
At least 3–5 years of professional experience in Controlling, Finance, or a comparable business environment, ideally within an international and project-oriented organization

Solid knowledge of reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
-
Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO or comparable ERP systems, combined with advanced Excel skills; experience with BI and reporting tools is an advantage

Experience in project controlling and familiarity with risk and opportunity management processes is beneficial

Strong understanding of business and financial interrelationships at both legal-entity and group level
-
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

Analytical and structured working style, strong affinity for numbers, and a high level of initiative

Team-oriented personality with a strong willingness to learn and enjoy working in an international environment
