We are looking for an inspiring Technical Manager to lead innovation, empower technical talent, and partner with customers to bring exceptional food experiences to life. You will influence strategy, guide fresh product development, and make an impact across customers, teams, and markets.

You will be based in the Vienna Office and report directly to the Technical Director EE and dotted line to the Commercial Director South Eastern Europe.

Product Development & Food Innovation

Lead product development from concept through industrialization

Create exciting food and beverage solutions aligned with market trends and consumer expectations

Ensure formulations meet regulatory, quality, and cost requirements

Translate sensory insights and customer feedback into unique product experiences
Your professional profile includes:
-
Bachelor's/ Master's in Food Science, Chemistry OR a related discipline
-
At least 7 plus years of relevant experience in a similar role in the food/ flavour industry
-
Experience within food applications, flavour development, production, or related technical environments
-
5 plus years of experience in a leadership role
-
Business fluent in English; as an advantage business fluency in German
-
Passionate about innovation, genuine curiosity, and commitment to developing people and creating meaningful change

Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement

Expert in communicating and presenting in front of multiple stakeholders on different levels
