Sie sind für die selbstständige Abwicklung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für mehrere Unternehmen zuständig.
Gemeinsam mit den HR Business Partner: innen verantworten Sie die Erstellung sowie die Anpassung und Ergänzung von Dienstverträgen.
Stammdatenpflege inkl. Abwesenheitsverwaltung und Zeiterfassung zählen ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet.
Sie fungieren als Ansprechpartner: in für Fragen zu Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht.
Sie kommunizieren mit Sozialversicherungsanstalten, Ämtern und Behörden.
Sie erstellen diverese Auswertungen und haben die Möglichkeit an verschiedenen Projekten mitzuarbeiten.
WAS SIE AUSMACHT
Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, etc.).
Sie haben idealweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung - vorzugsweise bei einem Steuerberater oder im Konzernumfeld.
Sie haben die Personalverrechnungsprüfung erfolgreich absolviert und besitzen gute Kenntnisse in Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht.
Sie haben ein betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis zum Thema Personalverrechnung und die damit zusammenhängenden Arbeiten im Rahmen des Jahresabschlusses.
Sie haben idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Sage DPW und besitzen gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
Zahlen-, daten-, und faktenbasiertes Arbeiten zählt zu Ihren Leidenschaften.
Sie arbeiten selbstständig und strukturiert. Genauigkeit und Ziel- und Lösungsorientierung zählen zu Ihren Stärken.
Systemseitiges Arbeiten und Heben von Automatisierungspotenzialen bereitet Ihnen Freude.
