Here’s what we’ll be entrusting you with:

Together with our Director of Housekeeping, you’ll be responsible for the cleanliness of the entire hotel, as well as for the allocation and supervision of rooms

You’ll be responsible for training new colleagues and apprentices, as well as for their development, guidance and motivation

You will conduct short training sessions to prepare your team as effectively as possible for their daily tasks
-
You will be responsible for managing our high-quality uniforms and will liaise closely with our outsourced laundry service

You already have several years’ professional experience in a similar role

You are reliable, able to multitask and have a talent for coordination

You have an open-minded personality and the satisfaction of your team and our guests is particularly important to you

Your profession is your passion, which is reflected in the quality of your work and your style

You possess excellent hospitality and communication skills in German and English

The minimum gross wage under the collective agreement for workers in the hotel and hospitality industry is €2,263 based on full-time employment. In reality, a higher, market-rate salary is paid for this position, based on your qualifications and professional experience.
