Hotel Manager – Langley Hotel Rendlhof, St. Anton am Arlberg
Langley Hotels & Resorts is looking for a hands‑on Hotel Manager to lead our cosy and intimate Langley Hotel Rendlhof in St. Anton am Arlberg. Rendlhof is a smaller, F&B‑driven property where the manager is naturally close to both guests and staff. You will oversee the full seasonal operation and ensure our guests experience Langley’s signature concept of “active relaxation in a family atmosphere.”
Your role
You have overall responsibility for the hotel’s daily operation and results, including:
Operations & F&B
Plan and lead daily hotel operations and ensure our F&B concepts are delivered according to Langley guidelines.
- Oversee restaurant and bar service, and enjoy being present on the floor
- Follow up sales, margins and HACCP standards
- Coordinate ski passes and local activities
- Ensure maintenance, safety routines and overall guest comfort are in place
Finance & systems
You are fully responsible for the hotel’s financial performance and systems.
- Own the P&L and budget, and monitor key financial KPIs
- Approve invoices and oversee monthly inventories
- Ensure PMS, EPOS, P1 and online channels (website/OTAs) are accurate, optimised and up to date
People & culture
You build and lead a motivated seasonal team that lives Langley’s values.
- Recruit, with support from central HR, and ensure smooth onboarding for seasonal staff
- Create efficient schedules and follow up productivity and KPIs
- Develop, coach and inspire a multicultural team
- Safeguard staff policies, working environment and staff accommodation standards
- Conduct regular performance dialogues and give clear, constructive feedback
Standards & communication
You are the guardian of our brand standards on site.
- Represent Langley’s values “Open Eyes, Open Smile” in your daily work
- Prepare, lead and follow up weekly hotel and department meetings
- Work closely with head office to manage the hotel’s social media in line with company policy
- Proactively collect and act on guest feedback, turning insights into concrete improvements
You are a visible host in the hotel – building strong relationships with guests, supporting the team on the floor, and always looking for ways to improve the guest experience and business performance.
Your profile
- Several seasons/years of experience in hotels
- Strong, proven background in F&B‑driven, seasonal and/or resort hotels
- Enjoy working in a smaller property where you are hands‑on and close to operations and guests
- Solid leadership skills with experience managing multicultural, seasonal teams
- Confident with P&L responsibility, hotel systems and online distribution channels
- Very good English and German, both spoken and written
- Structured, commercial and calm under pressure – and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed
