Vielseitige Aufgaben – kein Tag wie der andere!
Ihre Aufgaben:
Durchführung von Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
Pflege und Wartung der Außenanlagen
Koordination und Überwachung externer Handwerker
Materialbestellung und -verwaltung
Dokumentation im CAFM-System
Porterage-Aufgaben und Abfallmanagement
Unterstützung des technischen Teams bei verschiedenen Projekten
Das bringen Sie mit:
Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
Praktische Kenntnisse in mehreren Gewerken (Elektrik, Sanitär, Tischlerei, etc.)
Eigeninitiative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Führerschein Klasse B
Gute Deutschkenntnisse
Kundenfreundliches Auftreten
Erfahrung mit digitalen Wartungssystemen
Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
Organisationstalent
Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen mit digitalen Wartungssystemen
