Was du bei uns bewirkst
Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Facility-Management-Teams eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit für die Position Objektleitung Reinigung (all genders).
Eintritt: 03.08.2026 bzw. nach Absprache
Arbeitsbeginn: zwischen 06:00 – 06:30 Uhr Früh
Führung, Einsatzplanung und Betreuung des Reinigungspersonals (Eigen- und Fremdpersonal) an allen KEBA-Standorten in Linz
Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen während regelmäßiger Objektbegehungen
Durchführung von Sicherheitsunterweisungen und Schulungen des Reinigungspersonals
Beauftragung, Koordination, Kontrolle externer Reinigungsdienstleister (Unterhalts-, Grund- und Sonderreinigungen)
Beschaffung & Kontrolle von Verbrauchsmaterialien, Reinigungsmitteln/-geräten, etc.
Ansprechperson für interne Kunden und externe Auftragnehmer
Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung von internen Veranstaltungen
Kontrollrundgänge in den Außen-/Grünanlagen im Hinblick auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung
Damit überzeugst du uns
abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Denkmal-, Fassaden- und Gebäudereinigung / Meisterprüfung DFG von Vorteil
mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Unterhalts-/Gebäudereinigung
Erfahrung in der Personalführung
selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Belastbarkeit, Organisationstalent
Kommunikationsstärke und soziale Kompetenz
Kosten- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Führerschein B und eigener Pkw
Gehalt
Dich erwartet ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt. Das Mindestgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis liegt bei EUR 3.415,01 brutto/Monat. Wir bieten natürlich mehr - abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Zusätzlich wartet ein umfangreiches Benefits-Angebot auf dich.
