Your Tasks - What to expect
Organize and coordinate international transport operations
Independently prepare and process export-related documentation while ensuring compliance with all applicable export regulations
Manage payment security instruments, including letters of credit and bank guarantees, in close cooperation with banking institutions
Communicate and collaborate with international customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and banks
Handle purchasing activities, including demand planning, supplier selection, delivery monitoring, and claims management
Provide administrative support, maintain master data, oversee system-related activities, and process purchase orders in line with established procurement procedures
Review order confirmations and invoices, monitor costs, and evaluate or re-tender logistics services when necessary
Your Profile - What you bring
Completed commercial education (e.g., Business Academy/HAK, HBLA, or apprenticeship with a focus on forwarding, logistics, or customs)
Alternatively, a technical education (HTL or equivalent) combined with relevant professional experience in logistics and export
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain, export, or purchasing
Structured and organized working style with strong coordination skills
Good command of German and English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage

We offer a market-compliant gross monthly salary starting from €2.918,14 with a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
