Accountable for overall Project performance, including but not limited to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Financial, Schedule and Quality performance and construction for large EPC projects in the electronic and battery industry
Representative of the corporate management to the project
Highest escalation level within the project to client, contractor and the project team before the corporate management
Develop and keep good communication and relationship with the Client
Accountable for the project performance on EHS, schedule, cost and quality, as well as the project manager’s performance
Report the project status to the company management as per corporate procedures
Stay on the project site and participate in the client management reporting meeting
Monitor and participate in the project risk identification and mitigation plan development process
Ensure corporate procedures, standards and guidelines are followed within the project disciplines (Project Management, Project Engineering & Design Manager, Project Commercial Manager, Project Site Manager / Construction Management)
Define project strategies to achieve the project goals externally and internally
Be a visible, positive and encouraging example influence for the the project team members, both internally and externally. Provide guidance and motivation to the team
