Your role
You are responsible for handling product complaints of electronic components
You drive quality topics forward together with colleagues in an international environment and act as the active link to relevant interfaces
You perform root cause analyses (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why) and ensure the sustainable effectiveness of measures
You work closely with suppliers, production, development and international interfaces
You contribute to the improvement of process flows and product quality
You support, monitor and drive the further development of our Operations Quality Assurance system
What makes you a great fit
- Completed technical education (HTL, FH, university) in electrical engineering, electronics or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in quality management or quality assurance
- Very good knowledge of common QM methods (8D, root cause analysis, audit methods, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
- Independent, analytical and structured way of working
- Good language skills in German and English
