Job responsibilities but not limited to:
- Maintaining and managing daily operation of production & warehouse management
- Managing production of quality finished goods to meet customer demand
- Implementing production systems and procedure
- Conducting production capacity analysis, optimization to ensure production quality standard & material control
- Supervising and organizing production team and warehouse for continuous quality and efficiency improvement
- Planning of production line management & maintaining stock distribution
- Evaluating capacity analysis for existing processes for forecast and budget scenarios
- Ensuring safe working environment
Job requirements:
- Degree holder of Supply Chain, Logistics, Operation Management, Business Development or relevant disciplines
- At least 3 years experiences in production or similar working experience
- Having experience in supply chain management / warehouse management will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, independent
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Dutch
- Good command of spoken mandarin and written Chinese will be an advantage but not required
