Create tailor-made sales concepts and business models for specific project to win customers and build long-term partnerships (distribution network and dealers).
Conduct market analysis and competitive research to develop an in-depth understanding of the market and customer needs.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and responsible for the progress of the project up to the successful launch on the market (eCommerce platform).
Create direct access to our potential end customers.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities by using customer data and throughout our digital sales channels.
Conduct research to identify new potential markets and customer needs.
Develop and implement KPIs along the customer journey according to the strategic goals.
Your experiences and skills
University degree in business administration, engineering or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in international sales development.
Professional experience in the field of business development or sales of technical products is a strong asset.
Experience working on a global scale and in a matrix organization is an advantage.
You have excellent analytical skills, and are used to sharing insights in front of the management team.
You are organized, like to work independently and have a high affinity for project management.
Experience in dealing with common Microsoft Office applications especially with PowerPoint.
Fluent English level.
German knowledge is an asset.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 53,240.98 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
