Leadership experience in the Product Management area :
- 10+ years of Product Management experience in a software product environment.
- 7+ years' experience in a Product Lead function and understanding of how to lead and drive visions and strategies in an international environment.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building products, teams, or business initiatives.
You will have a high level of autonomy while working closely with senior product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define priorities and success measures.
- Ability to bring market and business understanding into the product to deliver and help shape Dynatrace’s goal and strategy.
- You are excited by the transformative impact of AI on software development, operations, and customer experiences. You are curious about how agentic systems , intelligent automation , and AI-powered decision making can reshape enterprise software products.
- Ability to balance product vision, customer needs, business outcomes, and rapidly evolving AI capabilities.
- You are proactive in identifying opportunities and collaborating with others to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to deliver results leading into organizational improvements
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex ideas effectively.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to list a salary range for this position, which is € 106,000 up to € 133,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
