We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to own our entire English-speaking top-of-funnel — from first contact to qualified demo handoff. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role on a small team where your work directly shapes revenue growth. Top performers have a clear path to becoming an Account Executive within months.
Own the end-to-end English-speaking top-of-funnel, from first outreach to qualified demo handoff to Account Executives.
Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing on a daily basis.
Run multi-channel outreach campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
Build and iterate on outreach sequences — form hypotheses, A/B test, measure results, and continuously improve.
Help shape and refine SDR processes in a fast-moving startup environment.
Onboard new customers and ensure smooth transitions to the wider sales team.
Operate with genuine end-to-end ownership and receive direct, fast feedback to accelerate your development.
Dealbreakers:
Native or C2-level English proficiency (non-negotiable).
1+ years of experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of building top-of-funnel pipeline and delivering qualified opportunities.
Willingness to temporarily relocate to Vienna, Austria for approximately 1–2 months to onboard and immerse in company culture (relocation support provided).
Required Skills & Experience:
Demonstrated ability to qualify leads and execute smooth demo handoffs to Account Executives.
Experience with multi-channel outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) and building/optimising outreach sequences.
Comfort with documenting and testing sales hypotheses to improve sequence performance (A/B testing, iteration, measurement).
Experience onboarding new customers and supporting initial adoption.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales processes and fast-paced startup environments.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tooling.
Naturally competitive, metrics-driven, and motivated by uncapped commission potential.
Base salary: $50,000 – $75,000 annually (or local equivalent), depending on experience.
Commission: Uncapped — top performers earn significantly more.

This is an on-site role based in Vienna, Austria. Candidates based elsewhere (e.g., London or other European cities) are welcome to apply, with the expectation of a temporary relocation to Vienna for 1–2 months during onboarding, followed by the standard on-site arrangement.
