Your new responsibilities

Manage an international team of system experts for semiconductor test production systems in Austria and the Philippines

Drive competency evaluation, identify training needs, and coordinate training activities to support continuous improvement

Collect internal customer feedback on team deliverables, share it with stakeholders, and initiate improvements where necessary

Allocate and monitor resources across projects to meet business demands

Define competency requirements and support forecasting and gap analysis

Regularly align with peers in IT, Product Engineering, and other departments to challenge requirements and ensure delivery of committed tasks

Develop a solid understanding of existing and future systems (primarily in-house solutions) to influence and shape the strategic systems roadmap

Lead and manage data integration projects with external test partners (OSAT), e.g., wafer maps, dlog data, and lot disposition
Who we are looking for
-
Degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor test processes (probe, final test, assembly)
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably PROMIS
- Strong system engineering skills; knowledge of shop floor automation methods is an advantage
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ownership and accountability for team deliverables and projects
- Strong team player with a “company-first” mindset
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
