Mitarbeit als Core Team Mitglied (Advanced Quality Planning Engineer) bei Kundenprojekten im Rahmen des Produktentstehungsprozesses (PEP)
Mitarbeit bei Kundenanfragen im Rahmen des PEP-Akquiseprozesses (Prüfung von Kundenlastenheften und Kundenvorgaben)
Betreuung der Kunden bei allen qualitätsrelevanten Fragestellungen
Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Projektübergabe an die Werksqualität mittels Übergabe-Checkliste
Wahrnehmung der Funktion als Kundenbeauftragter
Definition von Qualitätszielen und erforderlichen Schulungsmaßnahmen
Festlegung und Nachverfolgung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
Koordination und Moderation der Reklamationsbearbeitung (z. B. 8D-Reports und Maßnahmenverfolgung) inklusive Nutzung entsprechender Kundensysteme
Erfassung, Konsolidierung und Reporting des Qualitätsstatus für definierte Produkte oder Kunden
Weiterführung und Pflege von Produktionslenkungsplan, FMEA und Qualitätsdokumentation nach Serienübergabe (PEP-Gate 8)
Pflege von Prüfanweisungen, Wareneingangsprüfplänen, Control Plan, Prozessfluss und weiteren qualitätsrelevanten Dokumenten

Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement vorzugsweise in der kunststoffverarbeitenden Automobilzulieferindustrie
Kommunikations- und Analysefähigkeit sowie Planungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Qualitätstechnische Ausbildung von Vorteil
Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsbereich der Automobilindustrie (IATF 16949, VDA) von Vorteil
Deutsch- und Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Kenntnisse in SAP, Kundenportalen der OEMs und anderen CAQ-Anwendung von Vorteil
