Senior Airsoft Product Engineer at Novritsch: Build the Gear the World Plays With

We're looking for a Senior Product Engineer who can take an idea from sketch to a finished product on a store shelf. You'll own the technical side of new airsoft hardware, from early concept and prototyping through design-for-manufacturing and mass production in China. If you know how a gearbox actually works, how to design a part so it survives a production line instead of dying in QC, and how to work with a factory instead of just emailing them, this is your role.
What You'll Do

Design new airsoft products from concept through to mass production, owning the technical outcome end to end

Apply design-for-manufacturing principles so products are reliable, cost-efficient, and easy to produce at scale

Work directly with our manufacturing partners in China on tooling, prototyping, and production issues

Solve the real problems: tolerances, material choice, durability, cost per unit, and how to hit deadlines without cutting corners

Test products yourself and bring a player's understanding of performance into every design decision

Work closely with Product, Operations, and Marketing in Vienna to make sure what you build actually ships
Who You Are

Deep hands-on experience developing airsoft or similar mechanical consumer products, from prototype to mass production

Strong understanding of design-for-manufacturing and what it takes to produce reliably in China

Comfortable owning a product technically without needing a team to execute through

The type who solves problems at the source instead of passing them along

Ideally an active airsoft player who understands what the community actually wants from their gear
