Your new responsibilities

Program Management for global programs and strategic projects aiming to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Operations, Supply Chain and Quality (OSQ) organization

Goal definition and KPI tracking for global OSQ organization

Analyzing, summarizing and presenting factory data, business processes and organizational setups

Improving business processes within OSQ and seamlessly handshake with partnering departments (e.g. Controlling, R&D, Procurement etc.)

Preparation of presentations for Senior Management
Who we are looking for
-
Successfully completed technical university degree
- At least 5 years of work experience in Project Management in Semiconductor Industry or similar large-scale operations
- Experience in Lean, TWI, Six Sigma, Hoshin Kanri or similar
- Ability to prepare executive-level reports and presenting them to Senior Management
- Fast thinker with analytical mindset and ability to understand complex problems
- Good interpersonal skills combined with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to drive change and gain alignment across global Teams
- Proficiency in English and very good German
