Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Overseeing AR function and AP function (including payment runs)
- Payroll, communication with the bureau
- Variance analysis and presentation to board
- Business partnering with operational budget holders
- Financial planning and analysis
- Liaising with external accountants for statutory accounts preparation
- Holiday cover for colleagues
Profile:
- You will be (either part qualified or fully qualified) with ACA or ACCA or CIMA or CGMA
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Experience with accounting systems, ideally Sage Intacct
- Ability to work under his/her own initiative as well as part of a team
- Proven experience within a similar role in Real Estate
