YOUR ROLE IN THE WORLD OF DO & CO
As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d), you ensure the highest standards in hygiene, food safety, and compliance both in our production units and at international premium events such as Formula 1, Football European and World Championships, tennis tournaments, and many more.
Your responsibilities:

Ensuring food law requirements and hygiene standards based on HACCP (including allergens)

Monitoring quality assurance and cleaning processes as well as identifying risks
-
Conducting audits and sampling as well as ensuring complete documentation
-
Continuous process improvement
-
Training employees and supporting event planning
Qualifications
WHAT SETS YOU APART
-
Degree in food technology, food science, food chemistry, or quality management (HACCP/ISO 22000 is an advantage)
-
5+ years of professional experience in food safety and quality management, ideally within food production, fine dining, or the hospitality industry
-
Efficient, transparent, and process-oriented way of working with a hands-on mentality
-
Flexible and performance-oriented mindset
-
Strong communication skills and reliability
-
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
-
Willingness to travel to major events such as Formula 1, Football World Championships, tennis, and golf tournaments

OUR ATTRACTIVE OFFER
Starting salary of € 4,000 gross per month on a full-time basis (all-in contract). Willingness to overpay depends on qualifications and individual agreements.
Your place of work is in Vienna’s city center, right next to the Vienna State Opera. A valid work permit for Austria is required.
