Your Tasks:
You’ll be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly at our Neue Hoheit restaurant, as well as actively contributing to the whole team
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant service
You’ll be responsible for training new colleagues and apprentices, as well as their development, guidance and motivation
Together with your team, you’ll ensure our guests enjoy unforgettable moments whilst maintaining consistently high standards
Your Profile:
You have completed vocational training and already have several years’ relevant professional experience
You have an open-minded personality, and the satisfaction of your team and our guests is particularly important to you
Your profession is your passion, which is reflected in the quality of your work and your approach
You possess excellent hospitality and communication skills in German and English and enjoy putting them into practice

The minimum gross wage for workers in the hotel and hospitality sector, as set out in the collective agreement, is €2,263 based on full-time employment. In practice, however, a higher wage in line with market rates is paid for this role, depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
