End-to-end ownership of the entire marketing function, with a clear focus on lead generation for Sales (currently €400,000+/month)
Strategic and operational responsibility for the full marketing budget (>€400,000/month)
Define marketing strategy, priorities, and KPIs across all channels
Build, lead, and manage the marketing team
Strategic ownership of media buying & scaling — operational execution in close collaboration with our Performance Marketing team (current ad spend: >€200,000/month)
Build a clear creative & content strategy including testing frameworks for ads, website, and funnels
Ultimate responsibility for website copy, customer journey, messaging, and conversion optimization
Optimize newsletter and email flows
Develop influencer partnerships and social & content initiatives
Define strategy, priorities, and KPI frameworks for SEO, social, and personal branding
Plan and execute GTM strategies
Primary KPI: qualified leads for our sales team
Full ownership of the entire marketing function
Significant budgets: responsibility for €400,000+ in monthly ad spend

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
Proven track record managing budgets exceeding €500,000/month (total)

High standards around speed, quality, and ownership
Ideally experience in B2B SaaS or e-commerce
