You will be part of the Front Office team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, working closely with Front Office leadership and collaborating with Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Relations, and other operational departments.
This role ensures that every guest arrival, stay, and departure reflects Rosewood’s service philosophy and commitment to intuitive, personalized hospitality.
As Front Office Associate, you will be at the heart of the guest journey, delivering seamless and personalized service from arrival to departure.
You will play a key role in creating memorable first impressions that reflect our Sense of Place philosophy. With a natural sense of hospitality and attention to detail, you will curate the extraordinary through genuine guest interactions. You will contribute to a collaborative team environment while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a smooth and personalized arrival and departure experience
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Act as a key point of contact for guest requests, providing tailored recommendations and thoughtful solutions
Curate memorable guest experiences through intuitive service and personalized interactions
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and experiences to enhance the guest journey
Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless communication
Ensure all administrative tasks, reservations, and billing processes are handled accurately
Uphold Rosewood brand standards, service rituals, and operational procedures at all times
You have previous experience in Front Office or guest-facing roles, ideally within luxury hospitality
You bring a warm, engaging personality with a strong passion for guest service
You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You have strong organizational skills with attention to detail
You are solution-oriented and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism
You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working in a team
You are flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
You speak fluent English; German and additional languages are an advantage
