As Country Parts Manager, you assume full responsibility for the parts business in Austria, Switzerland and Hungary. You implement ambitious growth strategies, further develop sales channels, and lead your regional sales and sales-support team. In doing so, you ensure the highest service quality for our customers and regularly present results and strategies to headquarters.
YOUR TASKS

Manage and further develop PACCAR Parts sales to dealers and, together with dealers, to fleet and retail customers (e.g., sales campaigns, pricing, analyses, bonus/incentive proposals)
- Develop and implement regional growth and sales strategies including (inter)national sales plans
- Build and maintain close relationships with DAF dealers and key accounts; identify new product and service potential
- Develop market and pricing strategies in cooperation with PACCAR Parts Europe Strategy; monitor local market trends and derive actions
- Analyze purchasing and market behavior based on market research and derive concrete measures
- Lead, coach and develop the regional team and actively manage the dealer network
- Regular reporting to the Regional Sales Director – PACCAR Parts and to the Managing Directors of DAF Trucks Hungary and DAF Trucks Austria/Switzerland; participation in the Sales Unit Management Team
- Completed degree (Bachelor’s) or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the automotive/commercial vehicle and/or parts market
- Very good understanding of national market segments, the international transport industry, and competition in the parts sector
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high initiative, strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong leadership (team & sales channel leadership), analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach
- Very good communication and presentation skills (also towards senior management)
- Fluent German, Hungarian and English (mandatory)
- High willingness to travel within the region
