The Cost Controlling department, embedded within Group Finance, acts as a Finance Business Partner with regard to cost development for Erste Bank Oesterreich, the Holding company, and its subsidiaries. The department is also responsible for regulatory outsourcing matters. One of its key functions is HR Controlling, which is responsible for personnel cost planning, regular reporting, KPI creation and monitoring, among other tasks. The team works closely with management and business partners to define shared (personnel cost) objectives in line with the company's strategic guidelines.
